  • What is the BOLD Initiative?


    BOLD is OmniBSIC Bank's women empowerment program designed to support women entrepreneurs and professionals with financial solutions, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help them grow and thrive.

  • Who can join the BOLD Initiative?


    All Ghanaian women aged 18 years and above who have an OmniBSIC account are eligible. It’s open to individuals, salaried workers, professionals, and women-owned or women-led businesses.

  • Is BOLD only for business owners?


    No. BOLD is for every woman with ambition — whether you are an entrepreneur, a corporate professional, or an aspiring business owner.

  • Do I need to be an OmniBSIC customer to join?


    Yes. You must hold an active OmniBSIC account (Savings, Current, or Investment) to be part of the BOLD Initiative. Non-customers can easily open an account to register.

  • How do I register for BOLD?


    You can join in two ways:

    • Automatic enrolment - All existing female OmniBSIC account holders are automatically enrolled, except when they opt out.
    • Manual registration - Visit any OmniBSIC branch, the Women's Banking Desk, or register online via the Bank's website or mobile app.

  • Can I opt out if I don't wish to participate?


    Yes. Simply visit any OmniBSIC branch or email info@omnibsic.com.gh to opt out of the program.

  • What documents do I need to register?


    For individuals:

    • Valid ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Driver's License)
    • Proof of residence (e.g., utility bill)

    For women-owned businesses:
    • Business Registration Certificate
    • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
    • Valid ID of business owner

  • What benefits do members of BOLD enjoy?

  • Are there fees to join the BOLD Initiative?


    No! Membership in the BOLD Initiative is free for all eligible women who meet the requirements.

  • What kind of training or mentorship does BOLD offer?


    BOLD provides expert-led workshops, masterclasses, and one-on-one mentorship sessions focused on leadership, financial management, business growth, and personal development

  • How does BOLD support women-led businesses financially?


    Through access to customized financial products such as business loans, investment packages, and advisory support tailored to the specific needs of women entrepreneurs.

  • Can I join if I am outside Ghana?


    Currently, BOLD is open to Ghanaian citizens or residents with an OmniBSIC account in Ghana.

  • How will I know about upcoming BOLD programs and events?


    Once registered, members will receive updates via email, SMS, and the OmniBSIC mobile app on upcoming events, offers, and learning opportunities.
